With a dedicated Operations Administrator appointed to your claim, you will have a ‘go to’ person to answer all of your questions and they will keep you fully informed and up to date on what’s happening with your claim. The administration team work hard to efficiently navigate through a claim, quickly resolving any potential hold ups using a suite of software and communication tools. With good relationships with large clients they are experienced in dealing with insurance claims and any issues that may be encountered.
As with the dedicated Operations Administrator, you will also have a dedicated Contracts Manager who will attend your property to make an introduction to the company and what we do. They will also fully scope the required works generating a detailed scope of works with associated costs ready to digitally send off for authorisation. Once authorisation is received you will be updated with a convenient appointment made while your Contracts Manager readies their team of friendly, professional trades people experienced in insurance work.
